These terms cover your use of gravitasdigital.ca, which Gravitas Digital Inc. runs from Edmonton, Alberta. By using the site you agree to them. Work we do for clients runs under a separate written agreement, and where the two differ, that agreement applies.
Using the site
You may browse the site, read the blog, link to any page and use the forms for the purpose each one states. Do not send spam or junk through the forms, probe or overload the site, scrape it, or use it for anything illegal. We may block traffic that abuses the forms.
Inquiries and quotes
Sending the project inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not book our time, create a contract or commit either of us to anything. The budget ranges on the form help us scope a reply. We quote in writing, and the written quote and agreement set the price, scope and timeline of any project.
Content and ownership
Gravitas Digital Inc. owns the text, design, code and images on this site unless we say otherwise. Portfolio screenshots show work we built for clients, and their names, logos and brands belong to them. You may not copy or republish our content without written permission from us.
Blog posts
The blog shares what we have learned building websites and marketing businesses in Edmonton. It is general information. Results depend on your business, your market and how you act on it, and decisions about your business are yours to make.
Build Lab
The Build Lab shows animation effects we use in client work. They are demonstrations, provided as they are, and we may change or remove them at any time.
Promotions
Promotions run from this site, such as the golf tournament entry, follow the rules shown on their own page. The golf tournament promotion was for the Gravitas Digital + WhateverElse Golf Tournament on May 28, 2026, and it has ended.
Other websites
We link to client sites and other third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
No warranty, and limits on liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we do not promise that it will be free of errors or online at all times. To the extent Alberta law allows, Gravitas Digital Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage that comes from your use of this site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
The laws of Alberta, and the laws of Canada that apply in Alberta, govern these terms. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Alberta.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what the site collects and how we handle it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when we last did. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
