Privacy Policy

You can read every page on this site without giving us anything. Two forms collect personal information, and our host keeps server logs.

The project inquiry form at /get-started asks for your name, company, email and phone number (the phone is optional), your industry, the services you want, a note about your project, a budget range and a timeline. The site emails your answers to our inbox. It does not keep a copy in a database.

The golf tournament entry at /golf-tournament is a form we ran with our partner WhateverElse. It asks for your first and last name, email, phone (optional), business name, website (optional), your role, the areas where you want help and a note about growing your business. It also records which follow-up boxes you ticked, the prize redemption code the page gives you, and the time you submitted. If you tell us you are not the right contact and give us a colleague's name and email or phone, we store those too, so please check with them first.

Server logs. Vercel hosts the site and, like any web host, records requests to it, including your IP address, for a limited time. The two form endpoints also hold your IP address in memory for about a minute to block repeat submissions, then drop it.

The site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. Its fonts and scripts load from our own domain. The prize pass on the golf page can be saved as an image, and that happens in your browser; nothing is uploaded.

• To answer your inquiry and talk with you about your project.
• To follow up after the golf tournament if you ticked the box allowing it, and to send a website or brand audit if you asked for one. If you ticked the box asking us not to contact you, we use your entry to hand out your prize and for nothing else.
• To keep the site running and to spot abuse of the forms.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Resend delivers the form emails to our inbox. Your submission passes through Resend's systems on the way.
• Supabase hosts the database that stores golf tournament entries.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps its server logs.
• WhateverElse ran the golf tournament with us. If you ticked the follow-up box, we may pass your entry to WhateverElse so they can contact you too.

These providers may store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. We share personal information with no one else unless the law requires it.

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to run any project that follows. We keep golf tournament entries for as long as we need them to hand out prizes and to do the follow-up you asked for.

We do not hold either for longer than that. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time, and we will, unless we need it to finish work you asked for or to meet a legal obligation.

• Withdraw your consent to follow-up from the golf tournament at any time. Reply to any email from us, or email the address below, and we will stop.
• Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act applies to us. If you are not satisfied with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

The site runs over HTTPS, and the form endpoints limit repeat submissions. No website can promise perfect security, so if you think something has gone wrong with your information, email us and we will look into it.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Our portfolio and blog link to client sites and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.

If we change this policy, we post the new version here and update the date at the top.
