What We Were Working With
The old site buried what was coming up, reservations were not instant, and the home page form did not say what it was for. The owner had heard exactly that from his own customers.
How We Solved It
We rebuilt it on 271 professional photos and a muted video loop, with an LED-style ticker under the hero that scrolls the week. The events page, the ticker and the Park and Ride section read the venue's public Eventbrite organizer page every 30 minutes, so a new event appears on the site without anyone touching it. Sports silhouettes, league pennants and a scoreboard-style hours block keep it feeling like the place to watch the game.
