What We Were Working With
Fedora develops antibiotics for infections that defeat current drugs, work that matters enormously and is genuinely hard to explain. The audience is pharmaceutical partners, investors, and the scientific community, three groups who want very different depths of detail. The existing site made all of them dig for what they came for.
How We Solved It
We built a clear split between the story and the science. The homepage states the mission in one sentence, backs it with the numbers that make the market case, and routes each audience into its own track: pipeline detail for scientists, partnering for business development, news for everyone else. A restrained navy and sage palette keeps it credible in a sector where visual overreach reads as a red flag.
The Impact
- Mission stated in a single sentence above the fold, with market data directly beneath
- Distinct paths for partnering, pipeline, and news audiences
- Deep science navigable without forcing non-specialists through it
- Clean, restrained visual system appropriate to a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company
- Accessible, fast build that works on the institutional networks this audience browses from
