What We Were Working With
Chef Josh is a Red Seal journeyman who trained at NAIT and cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens in England as well as restaurants in Italy and France. His site was a single Wix page that mentioned none of it, and the inquiry path leaked at exactly the moment someone decided to book. No competitor in the region pairs a named, credentialed chef with genuine fine-dining positioning, so the whole opportunity was sitting unclaimed.
How We Solved It
We rebuilt from scratch and led with the chef. His pedigree sits at the top of the homepage instead of an about page nobody reaches. The one-page site became 25 pages: three service pages, five location pages, six occasion pages, pricing, menus, a chef page, and a journal, all internally linked and schema-marked. The inquiry form became a four-step wizard that asks one easy question at a time. Every claim on the site was fact-checked against what Chef Josh can actually substantiate.
